As a Supplier & Partnership Specialist at Kompak, you are responsible for connecting customer requirements with the right suppliers and partners. You translate requests into clear purchasing specifications, actively search for suitable suppliers, and negotiate prices, delivery conditions, and quality. You stay sharp on market developments and contribute to finding alternatives or improvements in collaboration with departments such as R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality. In doing so, you continuously work on ensuring the timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and services under the best conditions.
You work on a project basis to successfully implement customer requests, while also being involved in change management processes. You combine commercial and tactical thinking with a pragmatic approach, paying attention to the dynamics between the customer, the supplier, and internal processes.
You are part of the Business Development & Implementation department, an experienced team responsible for the flawless translation of customer requests into operations. Within this department, you will work with project managers, process specialists, and engineers who have been associated with Kompak for years and possess in-depth expertise.
