Vacancy
As a QESH Officer at Kompak, you are responsible for maintaining and executing the quality, safety, occupational health and safety, and environmental policy. You translate this policy into concrete work instructions and operational plans and ensure that these are effectively implemented within the organization. By organizing internal inspections and coordinating the Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E), you contribute to a safe working environment, paying particular attention to machine safety and the handling of hazardous substances. Additionally, you carefully follow up on safety incidents and maintain contact with both internal and external parties.
Within the quality processes, you are responsible for drafting and updating work instructions, managing the quality manual, and ensuring compliance with IFS HPC standards. You coordinate the complaints process and monitor the progress of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Furthermore, you take the lead in audits, organizing internal audits and guiding external inspections such as those by the Environment Agency or the Inspectorate for Social Affairs and Employment (ISZW). You ensure thorough preparation and careful handling of these processes. You assist with test productions and validate processes and end products to ensure they meet established quality and safety requirements.
You work closely with colleagues from various departments and actively contribute to increasing quality awareness within Kompak. On a daily basis, you support the production department with quality issues, prepare reports, and monitor data quality in systems. Furthermore, you provide quality-related training and guide employees in complying with hygiene and safety guidelines. In this position, you report to the QESH Manager and collaborate with a fellow QESH Officer, with whom you safeguard the continuity of the quality policy.
If you enjoy effectively resolving complaints and find it challenging to critically examine processes and implement improvements, then this is the job for you.
