HR Manager
Vacancy
As Teamleader Production at Kompak, you'll be responsible for managing, optimizing, and coordinating the entire production process within your shift. You'll ensure that production planning is achieved and that all work is completed on time and according to established standards. You'll lead a team of 15 to 20 employees, ensuring optimal staffing and a proper distribution of tasks. You'll actively participate in various meetings with other disciplines, such as quality assurance, planning, and supply chain, discussing important matters and making adjustments where necessary. You'll also be responsible for evaluating the progress of operators and training new employees.
You'll work closely with Technical Services to ensure that malfunctions are resolved quickly and effectively. As a team leader, you'll be present in the production cells daily to monitor the production process and perform regular checks on operators. You'll ensure the team's performance, both operationally and in terms of training and employee evaluations. In your meetings, you'll discuss production progress and your team's performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and all targets are met. You'll also be responsible for scheduling job interviews and monitoring employee development.
Your team consists of operators at various levels, from junior to technical. You'll ensure your team collaborates effectively and achieves production targets, providing the necessary guidance and support to help everyone grow in their roles. As a team leader, you'll be the point of contact for your employees and foster a positive working atmosphere where everyone feels supported.
If you enjoy working with people, collaborating to achieve results, and find it challenging to optimize processes while remaining stress-resistant and maintaining an overview, then this is the job for you.
Working week
On a good workday, you'll have a well-organized production, where goals are achieved and the team performs optimally. You'll have a positive atmosphere, training runs smoothly, staffing is perfect, and you'll have good applicants for your vacancies.
On a less pleasant workday, you're dealing with some disruptions and production delays. Staffing levels aren't ideal, there's a bit more absenteeism than usual, and some projects are behind schedule.
