Firsthand experience

There's a malfunction on the line, but the line can't be stopped due to production agreements with the customer. What do you do?

In this situation, it's crucial to act quickly and efficiently. As a Production Team Leader, you'll coordinate directly with the production director, Technical Services, Quality Assurance, and Planning to determine the cause of the malfunction.
